SPRK Network LLC ("SPRK Network," "SPRK," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") values your privacy and aims to be transparent about how we handle your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Services, you confirm that you have agreed to our Platform Terms of Service and that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy, and you consent to the practices described here.
Accounts and Accurate Information
To access certain Services you must create an Account, which may require payment. Please keep the information associated with your Account accurate, complete, and current so we can provide and communicate about the Services effectively.
Pre-Qualification and Lead Screening
From time to time SPRK (including through our customer-relationship-management (CRM) tools and service providers) may use the contact information you provide to screen, qualify, or pre-qualify you for the Services or for offers. By providing your information, you provide written instruction authorizing SPRK, its affiliates, and its service providers to obtain information about you — which may include a soft inquiry of your consumer or credit profile from consumer reporting agencies under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) — solely to pre-qualify you, using identifying details such as your name, phone number, and email. You understand that any such inquiry is a "soft pull" that does not affect your credit score and will not harm your credit in any way.
Protect Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your Account and keeping your passwords and credentials confidential, and for all activity conducted through your Account. SPRK is not liable for actions or omissions by you or others in connection with your Account. If you suspect any unauthorized use or compromise, notify us promptly. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.
1. Information You Provide
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect information you provide directly, including: name and email address; log-in credentials, if you create an Account; billing information, including information provided at checkout or via any payment or authorization form; information about your purchases, subscriptions, and transactions with us; information about your interactions with our support, mentors, and community; demographic and profile details you choose to provide; content you provide, such as comments, survey responses, reviews, campaign assets, and posts in community spaces; and any other information you choose to provide in connection with the Services.
2. Information We Collect Automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect: device and connection data, such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language, and internet service provider; usage and interaction data, such as pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, clicks, scrolling, searches, session duration, load times, and errors encountered; a limited portion of payment information from our payment processor (for example, the last four digits, card country, and expiration date); marketing and campaign data from partners, including when our ads are shown on their platforms; and information from third-party services you connect (for example, TikTok or a login provider), as permitted by those platforms and your settings.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to operate, provide, and improve the Services, including to: create and manage your Account and process your orders, subscriptions, and payments; provide dashboard access, offers, education, mentorship, and support; personalize recommendations, prompts, angles, and the Member experience; communicate with you about orders, updates, features, and promotions across channels such as email, phone, SMS, and live chat; maintain, secure, test, and improve the Services and develop new features; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security and credit risk; perform analytics and reporting; and comply with law and to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
We process your information to perform our contract with you, to pursue our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required. We may combine information from different sources, and we may aggregate or anonymize information so it no longer identifies you and use or share it for research, marketing, and other purposes. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
4. How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you (for example, when you register, purchase, contact support, or complete a survey), automatically from your use of the Services (including through cookies and similar technologies), and from other sources such as login or social providers you connect, partners, and our payment processor. We do not sell your personal information. We may share it as follows: with affiliates, to help provide, analyze, and improve the Services; with service providers and vendors that perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, communications and CRM, customer support, advertising management, fraud prevention, and data storage, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations; with payment processors, to process your payments via encrypted connection; with business and offer partners, where the Services are integrated with their services or where you would reasonably expect such sharing; with advertising partners and social platforms, to deliver and measure tailored advertising (for example, sharing a pseudonymized identifier to control ad delivery); with authorities and others, where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, property, or safety, or to prevent fraud or abuse; and with acquirers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
6. Cookies, Tracking, and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, security, preferences, analytics, and performance, and we may use analytics services such as Google Analytics. The Services and third-party technologies may deliver advertising tailored to your activity over time and across sites and services. You can control cookies through your browser, though some features may not work without essential cookies. We do not control, and this Policy does not govern, cookies or tracking placed by non-affiliated third parties.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business, legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and enforcement purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where feasible. You may request deletion of your Account information, and we will honor it unless we have a legitimate reason or legal obligation to retain certain information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include: the right to know what personal information we collect, use, or disclose; the right to request correction of inaccurate information; the right to request deletion of your information; the right to object to or restrict certain processing; the right to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; the right to data portability; and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
You can update or delete your Account information by logging in, or exercise your rights by contacting admin@sprknetwork.app. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. If your information was provided to us by or through another party, please contact that party directly.
9. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, consistent with industry standards. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. By using the Services, you acknowledge the inherent risks of sharing information online and are encouraged to use strong passwords and protect your Account.
10. International Users
Your information may be stored and processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Children
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18 (or the age of majority in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
12. Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the revised version with a new date and, where required, provide additional notice.
