Anti-Spam & Email Compliance Policy
SPRK Network LLC ("SPRK Network," "SPRK," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to keeping your email address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscriber lists, and we will not provide your personal information to any third party except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. We use your email address to provide timely, relevant information about SPRK, and we maintain email you send us in accordance with applicable law.
1. CAN-SPAM Compliance
In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, commercial email we send will clearly identify the sender, provide valid contact information, and include clear instructions on how to unsubscribe so you receive no further commercial email from us.
2. Your Opt-Out Choices
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any email you receive from us, or by contacting admin@sprknetwork.app. Please allow a reasonable time for your request to be processed.
3. Prohibited Email Practices
You may not use the Services to send unsolicited bulk or commercial email ("Spam"), and you may not deliver Spam to any SPRK Member or user. Email sent to or through the Services must not:
• Use or contain invalid or forged headers;
• Use or contain invalid or non-existent domain names;
• Use any technique to misrepresent, hide, or obscure the point of origin or transmission path;
• Use deceptive addressing or false or misleading subject lines or content;
• Relay from or through a third party's equipment or domain without permission; or
• Otherwise violate our Terms or applicable law.
4. No Harvesting or Interference
SPRK does not authorize the harvesting, mining, or collection of email addresses or other information from or through the Services, and does not permit any attempt to use the Services in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair them or interfere with others' use.
5. Enforcement
If SPRK believes the Services are being used improperly, it may, without notice and at its sole discretion, take action it deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular domain, mail server, or IP address, and terminating any Account connected with a violation. Failure to enforce this policy in any instance is not a waiver of our rights. Nothing in this policy grants any right to transmit email to or through the Services.
6. Penalties
Unauthorized use of the Services in connection with unsolicited email may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender. Violations of the CAN-SPAM Act may be subject to enforcement by the Federal Trade Commission, including substantial monetary penalties per violation, and egregious offenders may face criminal prosecution.
