Purchase Authorization & Order Terms
These Purchase Authorization & Order Terms apply to every purchase, order form, and checkout for the Services.
By submitting an order, entering your payment details, and/or initialing or electronically signing an order form or checkout page, you (the "Member," "you," or "your") authorize SPRK Network LLC ("SPRK Network," "SPRK," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") to charge the payment card, bank account, or other payment method you provide for all fees associated with the Services you select, including any one-time, setup, or onboarding fees and any recurring subscription fees, together with any applicable taxes.
1. Payment Authorization
Your authorization extends to all charges related to the Services selected on your order form or at checkout, including recurring charges that renew automatically. You represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method provided and that the information you supply is true, current, and complete. Access to the Services is contingent on our receipt of full payment for the amounts due.
2. No-Refund Acknowledgment
You understand and agree that once payment is initiated and access to the Services is granted, fees are fully earned and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. The act of submitting payment and signing or initialing your order constitutes your full and irrevocable acceptance of this no-refund policy and of the SPRK Network Platform Terms of Service. Complete refund, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms are set out in the Fees, Billing & Cancellation section of the Platform Terms of Service and summarized in our Refund & Billing Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.
3. Suspension and Cancellation by SPRK
SPRK Network reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Services provided to any Member for non-payment of fees or for breach of any of these terms or the Platform Terms of Service.
4. Incorporation of the Terms of Service
The SPRK Network Platform Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other policies in this set of agreements are incorporated into and form part of your order. By completing your order you acknowledge and agree to be bound by your order and by the full SPRK Network Platform Terms of Service.
5. Acknowledgment and Eligibility
Your signature, initials, or electronic acceptance on an order form or at checkout signifies that you have had the opportunity to access and review all applicable terms and conditions and that you enter into a legally binding agreement with SPRK Network LLC. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to purchase.
