Copyright & DMCA Policy
SPRK Network LLC ("SPRK Network," "SPRK," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Members and users to do the same. All materials made available through the Services — including software, dashboards, educational content, prompts, angles, and creative frameworks — are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws and may be used only as expressly permitted. Unless authorized in writing, you may not display, distribute, license, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Services for any commercial purpose. This policy explains how to report claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Notice of Claimed Infringement
If you believe in good faith that content available through the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent (below) that includes:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (such as a URL or description);
3. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and
6. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
Notices should be sent to SPRK's Designated Copyright Agent at admin@sprknetwork.app.
3. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to the same address that includes: identification of the removed material and its prior location; your name, address, telephone number, and email; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts located in Texas; and your physical or electronic signature.
4. Repeat Infringers
Consistent with the DMCA and applicable law, SPRK will, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, disable or terminate the Accounts of users who are found to infringe, and may restrict access to the Services or remove content, with or without repeated infringement. SPRK may also investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing content, suspending or terminating Accounts, and reporting to law enforcement.
